Hardscapes:
- Materials constructed of pre-cast aggregates will be warranted against labor defects for a period of (5) five years and material defects for the life of the product.
- Materials constructed from natural stone, timber or wood will be warranted against labor and material defects for a period of (2) two years.
- Retaining walls constructed from soil reinforced bags such as DeltaLok will be warranted against labor defects for a period of (10) years and material defects for the life of the product.
- Poured concrete is warranted against labor and material defects for a period of (1) one year. Hairline cracks or fractures can be expected in poured concrete and will not give rise to a warrantable claim
Plants:
Shrubs and trees are warrantied against disease only for a period of (30) thirty days from the date of installation.
Drainage:
Warrantied for a period of 1 year provided that there are no major changes to the property after
installation. Invalid if there is no standing water
48 hours after rainfall.
Fencing:
Fencing of all kinds is warrantied against manufacture / install defects for a period of 5 years.
Artificial Turf:
Warrantied for a period of two years against settling and seam separation.
Water Features:
Warrantied against manufacture/labor defects for a period of (1) one year.
Irrigation:
All new systems are warrantied for a period of 1 year against material and labor defects.
